Terms of Use

By using the rabbitgo mobile app (the "App") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
1. Nature of the service
rabbitgo provides an interface that makes vacation planning in Türkiye easier:
- City/district/town-based route planning
- Side-by-side hotel price comparison from multiple providers
- AI-powered local recommendations
- Reservation and favorite management
rabbitgo is not a hotel provider, travel agency, or reservation platform. Hotel reservations are made directly with the relevant third-party provider (Booking, Hotels.com, Etstur, etc.); the contract is between you and them.
2. Account and age requirement
- The App is intended for users aged 13 and over
- Users between 13-18 are encouraged to obtain parental consent
- You may register with email + password, or use the App anonymously
- You are responsible for the security of your password
- We may suspend an account opened with false or misleading information
3. Premium membership
- Premium increases the daily AI suggestion limit (anonymous 5 / member 10 / premium 50)
- At launch, payment integration is not yet active; once active:
- Payment will be processed through Apple App Store / Google Play
- Renewal may be automatic; cancellation is via device settings
- Refund requests are handled per the relevant store policy (Apple/Google)
4. AI content — disclaimer
The App generates local recommendations using AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, etc.). This content:
- May be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete
- Is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice
- Restaurant/place hours and prices change — verify before going
- rabbitgo is not liable for damages arising from AI errors
Verify important decisions through independent sources before acting on them.
5. Hotel reservations — disclaimer
- Hotel prices, availability, and photos shown come from third-party providers
- rabbitgo is not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in this data
- The reservation contract, cancellation terms, and payment are between you and the provider
- Affiliate commission: rabbitgo may earn a commission from clicks on provider links; this does not increase your cost
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the App to:
- Engage in unlawful activity
- Access other users' data without authorization
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or scrape the system in an automated manner
- Send abusive or harmful queries to AI models
- Upload fake reservation information
- Infringe copyright or trademark
Violations result in account suspension or deletion; serious cases will be reported to authorities.
7. Intellectual property
- The App's code, design, and brand belong to rabbitgo
- Content you create (routes, notes) belongs to you, but you grant us the right to process it to provide the service
- OSM data is used under the ODbL license; map service is provided under a Mapbox commercial license
8. Service interruption
- The App is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation
- Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons
- We accept no liability for indirect damages caused by service interruption
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rabbitgo is not liable for:
- Errors caused by third-party providers (hotels, AI, maps)
- Damages caused by inaccurate location data
- Data loss (you are responsible for your own backups)
- Indirect/consequential damages (lost profits, emotional distress, etc.)
10. Account closure
You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). All your data is erased; this cannot be undone.
rabbitgo reserves the right to close an account that violates these terms, with or without notice.
11. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. For material changes we will send an in-app notice; continued use of the App means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
- Governing law: Republic of Türkiye laws
- Jurisdiction: Courts and execution offices of the Republic of Türkiye
- For consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Boards (within the monetary limits set by Law No. 6502) and Consumer Courts (above those limits) have jurisdiction; you may apply where you reside
